    Master Plumber

    We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team and build our new sewer and water installation division from the ground up.

    • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of sewer and water installation projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
    • Collaborate with company leadership to develop processes for the new division.
    • Perform hands-on plumbing work, including diagnosing issues, installing systems, conducting repairs on sewer lines, water mains related infrastructure ensure all work complies with state codes local regulations environmental standards mentor junior plumbers or apprentices as the division grows assist hiring additional team members manage project documentation permits client communications deliver projects time budget stay updated industry best practices incorporate innovative techniques efficient installations'Must-Have Qualifications'
    • Valid Master Plumber license Nebraska reciprocity licensed elsewhere minimum 5 years experience licensed plumber focus sewer water systems proven expertise commercial residential excavation piping backflow prevention strong knowledge Omaha codes OSHA safety standards environmental regulations valid driver's license reliable transportation'Nice-to-Have Skills'
    • Experience starting leading plumbing division team certifications backflow testing trenchless technology green plumbing practices background construction infrastructure beyond plumbing
