- Develop, implement, refine and maintain the operational processes for all aspects of the member/customer experience.
- Produce a department-wide calendar that incorporates all external facing communications and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage costs and budgets and prepare reports for quarterly reviews.
- Review and approve marketing collateral to ensure they adhere to brand standards and enhance Company's overall image.
- Collect accomplishments from teams to create a monthly report of team activity including metrics toward division goals.
