Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician II - Rx Solutions Center (RSC) is responsible for handling member calls related to pharmacy clinical campaigns.This role will require collaboration across different areas within CareSource to ensure best in class service is delivered to our members.
- Performs technical and clerical duties that do not require the professional clinical judgement of a pharmacist.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls.
- Collaborate with other departments in the provisions of member care.
