    Responsibilities:
    • Partner closely with technicians to create comprehensive estimates post-vehicle teardown.
    • Ensure strict adherence to OEM repair procedures for impeccable workmanship.
    • Maintain open communication with the parts department to address supply and inventory issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with production management to oversee repairs and ensure timely completion.
    • Conduct meetings with external adjusters to finalize repair plans, aligning with customer needs.
    • Efficiently manage sublet work and establish realistic completion timelines with fellow estimators.
    • Take on additional duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the collision shop.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Service Writer or Estimator in collision repair.
    • Proficiency in estimating software such as Audatex, CCC ONE, or Mitchell.
    • Thorough understanding of OEM repair procedures and industry standards.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in estimating.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills for managing concurrent projects.
    • Familiarity with automotive parts and procurement processes.
    • Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive repair is advantageous.
