    Devlop and maintain compensation and benefit planning tools, such as the incentive compensation planning models

    Maintain Excel models to monitor incentive plan payouts based on P&L forecasts

    Manage administration of incentive compensation process (budgeting, planning, tracking, modeling, delivery)

    Provide strategic insights into management compensation strategies

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree

    5+ years of multi-national compensation experience
    - Financial services experience preferred
    - Advanced experience with modeling for compensation planning (Excel, Access Databases, IBM analytics tools)
