    We are seeking a Certified Nurses Aides to join our team This is PArt-time positions for the West Valley. This position will grow to Full-Time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
    • Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc)
    • Document care according to agency policy
    • Assist in ambulation, transfers, range of motion as documented in the Hospice Aide plan of care
    • Participate in QAPI activities.
    • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
    • Effective August 14, 1990, a person who has successfully completed a state established or other training program that meets the requirements of S a) and a competency evalu­ation program, or state licensure program that meets the requirements of S b), or a competency evaluation program or state licensure program that meets the requirements of S b).
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Compassionate and caring demeanor
    • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
    • Ability to work well in teams and communicate well
