    If you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with youHourly pay range $ 75-85 per hourJob ResponsibilitiesYour specific duties as an IT Project Lead will include:Contribute to execution of PMI strategy by leading all phases of assigned projects (medium to large and/or cross-functional), solving a business need through the application of project management practices.

    Understand business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, confirm financial proposal of the project and drive change.

    Manage end-to-end medium to large cross-functional projects - plan, execute, monitor, and close the project under the guidance of Product Manager, utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices.

    Manage and build an agile project team to deliver on the business deliverables.

    Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess project phase scope, manage resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables.

    Develop and distribute quality project-related documentation to all interested parties, including project plan and schedule, project charter, communications plan, requirements document, design document, deployment plan, test plan, maintenance transition plan, notification of project closing and support project performance evaluation.

    Maintain project using Jira, Confluence, SNOW and other tools as required.

    Allocate and manage resources for assigned projects based on historical information, input from other staff, and general understanding of project tasks; anticipate and mobilize cross functional resources when required (procurement, legal, technology, finance, 3rd party suppliers and consultant, etc.).

    Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback to assigned resources in terms of deliverables on what and how.

    Assess and mitigate project risks, manage project budget, effectively utilize resources and time, ensure measures are taken in projects to increase quality, and drive change management across cross functional teams of the project.

    Job RequirementsUniversity degree (Computer Sciences / Information Systems / Business Administration / Finance or equivalent) with additional certifications or experience in Project Management.

    5-7 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function with IT backgroundExperience in project management (certified CAPM or PMP preferred)

    Preferred certifications in any:

    CAPM, PMP, SAFE practitioner / Certified AgilistExcellent Project management and Analytical skillsExperience and sound knowledge of CRM will be preferredStrong Financial management skillsHigh communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage various stakeholdersBenefitsAs an IT Project Lead with Bartech Staffing, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with over 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
