    We're seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for a full-time, hospital-employed position in one of Southern Colorado's most underserved and rewarding markets.

    Position Highlights:

    • General Neurosurgery with the ability to build a robust elective spine practice

    • Only one other neurosurgeon in the community—become the expert locals count on

    • Supportive team of 4 experienced APPs + onsite pain service & X-ray

    • State-of-the-art neuro tools including Globus Robot & Stryker Navigation

    • EMR: Epic

    • Level III Trauma Center

    Schedule & Call:

    • 2 days OR / 2 days clinic / 1 flex day

    • Clinic volume: ~8–12 patients/day, plus PA support

    • Minimal call burden: 7 ER call days/month, mostly handled remotely

    • Floor calls handled by PAs

    • One weekend call/month likely

    Compensation & Perks:

    • $800,000–$877,000 base salary
