    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources/Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling various HR/Payroll functions including processing payroll and providing support in the daily operations to the HR department. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Essential Duties:
    - Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation

    -Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies
    - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in ADP system
    - Process payroll, manage time and attendance activities, direct deposit, taxes, and other deductions in compliance with federal, state and local laws

    -Conduct regular reporting and special reporting requests
    - Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
    - Support HR/Payroll projects and initiatives as needed

    Experience:

    -College graduate (or soon to graduate); preferably with an accounting/finance background
    - Strong attention to detail
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
