    Area Support Representative I

    Commute to various account sites in the greater Bay Area to provide coverage for accounts based on their needs.

    Mailroom services including shipping and receiving, office services including filing and reception, and device support including basic maintenance and toner replacement based on account coverage needs.


    • Ensure timely delivery of incoming packages and record deliveries.
    • Provide convenience care for various printing equipment at an assigned account including toner replacement, clearing jams, loading and delivering paper, assisting endusers, and placing service calls for malfunctioning copiers.
    • Monitor printing supplies and place orders to restock inventory. Occasionally report usage of printing equipment at client accounts.
    • Communicate with management about account changes and scheduling.

    this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.

    Flexible to change schedule/locations as needed. Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
