Description

Responsible for resolution of warranty-related activities, with the goal of maximizing customer
satisfaction while controlling warranty-related expenses.

Responsibilities:

Sense of urgency and dependability are a must
Good conflict resolution skills and empathy over the phone
Strong phone presence
Detailed oriented
Customer service/call center background required
Proficient in excel and word
Investigative background
Sense of urgency and dependability
Strong conflict resolution skills
Ability to be empathetic and offer solutions
Ability to remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativity

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Handles customer interactions, status averages, costs, timelines, and denial questions
Talks to customers and types information into the system at the same time
Perform daily warranty duties, including but not limited to customer contact via phone

and email, providing maintenance directly to the customer, scheduling and
communicating with sub-contractors

Education:
High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Handles customer interactions, status averages, costs, timelines, and denial questions
Ensure efficient and timely handling of incoming warranty requests and follow-up
Assists in coordinating warranty repairs based upon workflow, project circumstances,

and vendor availability

Interact with staff to define repair and inspection scheduling
