    Polar Beverages is looking for a motivated, results-oriented sales professional to support Walmart & Target sales goals for Polar Beverages in the Mid-Atlantic territory inclusive of VA, MD, DE & NJ

    Overview : The Sales Execution Manager communicates and assures execution of key priorities. Success will be measured on sales growth, IRI data & display execution. The SEM is a general problem solver. Connecting Walmart Market Managers & Target grocery Directors needs with our legacy bottlers.

    The SEM will work closely with Walmart Market Managers and Store Managers on a weekly basis. The SEM will communicate success directly to our Distributors Polar sales associates.

    The SEM executes the following job expectations while reporting to the Mass Merch Account Manager:

  • Daily communication with Walmart Market Management
  • Daily communication with Target Food & Beverage Directors & Coordinators
  • Constant sales performance reviews from a store level, up to a Regional then National level
  • Selling in, ordering, setting up and maintenance of permanent fixtures and display
  • Coordinate POG/MOD execution - Maintain POG integrity
  • Responsibilities include:

  • Plan daily & weekly schedules to maximize sales goals with consideration toward overall corporate sales plan, objectives and programs
  • Use sales data provided by the Account Manager to solicit more business
  • Provide regular updates to Account Manager
  • Maximize sales through communication with Store Management, Department Managers & Market Managers etc.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior sales and cold call experience needed
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Clean driver's record, active driver license, and active car insurance
