- Understand sportswear industry business processes and workflows.

- Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Effectively communicate requirements to technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure thorough testing of work products.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the sportswear industry.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work products.
