    You have prior success growing a B2B sales organization of at least 12 salespeople.
    You love working in the field, assisting and training sales representatives.
    You excel at relationship building, strategy, coaching, leadership, recruiting, accountability, and direct account responsibility.
    You have excellent listening and questioning skills and strive to achieve agreed-upon goals.
    You love helping your team achieve their goals by working with them to overcome challenges and obstacles.
    You have an uncanny ability to understand people and positively influence them.
    Fairness is important to you, so you treat all employees fairly, respectfully, and open-mindedly.
    You have experience contributing to a leadership team and are comfortable reporting to and working closely with senior leadership.

    You have successful experience selling differentiated programs to management and front-line personnel in manufacturing plants, distribution facilities, warehouses, and other commercial businesses in a competitive market against established vendors.

    You can comfortably move from the office/boardroom to the factory floor.
    Experience with packaging and automation is helpful but not required.
    You enjoy working closely with senior leadership.

    Work closely with the Executive Team and divisional management to keep everyone in the loop on current and future needs.

    Managing, developing, coaching, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and KPI targets are met.

    Identifying new opportunities through teamwork and individual research.
    Must be self-motivated to exceed expectations on an individual and team level.

    Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales objectives for the sales team, projecting expected sales and gross margin volume.

    Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
