Pay Range:
$80 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have recent experience with creating road maps, strategizing architecture (VP level and above would be preferred), strong technical architect/manager background.

EA aligned role, not solutions or cloud architect role – This person works with solutions to make sure the team is aligned with enterprise strategy.

Must be able to see and express the "bigger picture".

Architectural governance – working with info security, infrastructure, looking at the lower level designs to make sure the team is aligned and meeting standards.

Lacking in current candidates - Title in resume doesn't match experience, narrow focus in one area and not well rounded or diverse.

One technology with no exposure to other technologies.

Would like to see candidates with experience using the tool so it tells the manager they have been an enterprise architect.

– AWS (highly preferred).Communication and Execution presence – take topics forward to different architect councils – intellectual forum – C-level audience - presenting strategy and value streams to stakeholders.

Well-rounded – exposure to and understanding of Data Infosec, Cloud, etc. – doesn't have to be the SME.
Business architecture – mapping out domain aspects, bridging business to technology

Technology strategy – current state – end state (clear grasp of the "north star"), have design thinking and mindset for enterprise level change management.

Minimum 8+ years of architecture experience.
Executive presence and good communication / articulation.
Have good understanding of technology landscape and depth. Cloud[AWS services], Infosec, Microservices, APIs, Data and other integration patterns, etc.
Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP.
Financial services experience

Have technical depth in any of the following domains : Payments/Billing/Treasury , Insurance products-Vehicle Protection products, Consumer Lending, Multi-tenant platforms, Accounting/Tax/Finance & Risk/Compliance.
