    • Conduct site visits to prospective client properties to gather insights and craft tailored proposals.
    • Utilize our sales CRM system to track lead progression and optimize conversion rates.
    • Represent Avita at industry conferences, events, and investor meetings to promote our brand and services.
    • Pursue networking opportunities at trade shows and industry organizations to expand our network.
    • Perform property and development tours to assemble comprehensive proposals.

    **Ideal Candidate:**

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily real estate sales or property management.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM systems.

    **Compensation:** A competitive package comprising a base salary plus commission, with an estimated annual income of $150,000+.
