Key Responsibilities:

Loan Application Expertise:
Guide members through loan applications via phone or email, preparing them for review by our Underwriters.

Efficient Processing:
Follow up on applications, process approved loans, and coordinate loan closings and disbursements.

Member Support:

Be the primary contact for Loan by Phone services, answering questions, providing rates, and offering information on our products.

Superior Service:
Maintain a positive, professional environment in all member interactions, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on all our products and services to recommend tailored solutions for member needs


Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of three years in new accounts or loan processing within a financial institution.

Education:
High school diploma or GED; knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and a knack for building strong relationships
