    • Conduct technical training sessions for operations and mechanical teams to elevate their proficiency with rotating equipment
    • Ensure quality assurance and control on both onsite and offsite equipment repairs
    • Oversee vendor activities related to major machine repairs, ensuring compliance with standards
    • Regularly assess the performance of rotating equipment, initiating improvements
    • Provide critical support during plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational disturbances

    Requirements

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in managing industrial rotating equipment within chemical or refinery sectors
    • Expert knowledge of various compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers
    • Familiarity with key industry standards such as API, ASME, and PIP
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Rotating Equipment
