We're seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for a position in Atlanta. This position involves full ownership of employment-based immigration cases —from preparation to filing and client communication.Responsibilities
- Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1).
- Manage PERM labor certifications and recruitment steps.
- Handle immigrant petitions , adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.
