    Position Overview: We seek a seasoned Sales Representative with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, schedule demos to industrial sites, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth across various states.

    This role requires excellent communication skills and customer relationships, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a proven track record of success in sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry through proactive prospecting, networking, and high-volume lead generation.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the oil and gas sector. Define various scenarios and be creative to penetrate the market. Be consistent and persistent.
    • Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, as well as their applications within the oil and gas industry, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the oil and gas sector to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
    • Oil and gas regulations: Be aware of any sustainability law regulations impacting the oil and gas market and opportunities for our companies.
    • Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts with clients to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and other favorable terms while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and optimize the sales process.
    • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, detailing progress against targets, pipeline status, and key performance metrics.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Deep understanding of oil and gas operations, key people within the organization and sustainability challenges in this industry.
    • High ability to understand our products and applications.
    • At ease with robotics and AI concepts.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts and articulate them clearly to clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
