    Job Description

    We are looking for a Program Specialist responsible for implementing key initiatives and programs for RSVP Franchise Members to ensure consistency and active participation. The RSVP Program Specialist will collaborate with team members to document processes, package materials, and establish key performance metrics to evaluate success and adherence to program goals.



    Essential Functions
    • Product Learning and Development:
      • Undergo comprehensive training to build a strong understanding of our direct mail products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
      • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of our products, industry trends, and best practices in direct mail marketing.
    • Market Research Support:
      • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights for informing product development strategies.
      • Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and customer satisfaction and contribute improvement ideas.
    • Client Assistance:
      • Provide basic client support for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on product usage under the supervision of senior team members.
      • Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and improve the overall customer experience.
      • Support the creation and upkeep of product documentation to aid Franchise Member education.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to support product initiatives and address Franchise Member needs.
      • Assist the training team by offering basic product information and helping prepare training presentations.
    • Administrative Support:
      • Provide administrative and logistical support for product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives as required.
      • Manage Franchise Member annual meeting operations.
      • Assist with meeting and webinar support as necessary.
      • Handle various order entry, dashboard management, and crucial reporting for brand success.

    • Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 office days per week.

    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • Interest in marketing and willingness to learn direct mail marketing principles and product management.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and readiness to learn new software tools as needed.
