- Product Learning and Development:
- Undergo comprehensive training to build a strong understanding of our direct mail products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of our products, industry trends, and best practices in direct mail marketing.
- Market Research Support:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights for informing product development strategies.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and customer satisfaction and contribute improvement ideas.
- Client Assistance:
- Provide basic client support for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on product usage under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and improve the overall customer experience.
- Support the creation and upkeep of product documentation to aid Franchise Member education.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to support product initiatives and address Franchise Member needs.
- Assist the training team by offering basic product information and helping prepare training presentations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives as required.
- Manage Franchise Member annual meeting operations.
- Assist with meeting and webinar support as necessary.
- Handle various order entry, dashboard management, and crucial reporting for brand success.
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement in direct mail marketing and product support.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges and solutions.
- Commitment to upholding the values and mission of our direct mail brand while delivering exceptional service to Franchise Members.
- Professional corporate and team-oriented setting.
- Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 office days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Interest in marketing and willingness to learn direct mail marketing principles and product management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and readiness to learn new software tools as needed.
