    Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is looking for a hospitalist to join our team at Jeff Davis Hospital in Hazelhurst, GA We are looking for someone that is passionate about rural medicine, looking to make a difference in medically underserved communities and wants to enjoy a flexible schedule with more autonomy.

    We are on a mission to help rural hospitals meet the needs of the people they serve.

    Our expansive network of passionate, experienced hospitalists, surgicalists and APPs works full-time to solve the healthcare crisis in rural communities, partnering with hospitals to offer continuity of care and improved patient outcomes.

    Active GA License

    or the ability to obtain

    Compensation & Benefits
    Independent Contractor (1099)
    Malpractice Insurance Covered by RPG
    Providers have private living accommodations that include a private bathroom with shower and an office space.

    wRVU model:

    • Base $2,200/shift
    • Travel $100/shift
    • Eligible for Prime
    wRVU Threshold 11 average over the quarter
    wRVU payment - $33.12 for any wRVUs generated over 11
