    Summary/ObjectiveThe Project Manager is a key representative of Evans General Contractors, LLC and is responsible for leading, managing and providing oversight of our complex project types in our Advanced Technology/Mission Critical assigned Projects with the goal of meeting our Clients needs and exceeding their expectations by delivering quality facilities on schedule and at the most competitive prices.

    The Project Manager is expected to develop and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors to support the growth of the company.

    This role includes supervision all Trade Partners, including sophisticated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Voltage trade partners, and equipment vendors on our projects from procurement to final commissioning of the project.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Team in the development of the construction scheduleManage project schedule and drive construction site progress to achieve completion of the Project on-time and on-budgetSelects, coordinates and oversees subcontractors working on various phases of the ProjectsWork with Project Team to develop and issue Subcontracts and Purchase OrdersAssess risks and establish contingency plansManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersSupport Project Superintendent in the execution of ProjectResponsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licensesManage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout processOverall financial responsibility against established budget, including Change OrdersConsistent and clear communication with internal and external customersManage project closeout phase including all requirements needed to close a ProjectConsistently demonstrate professional credibility, integrity, trust and commitmentLead and manage coordination of complex MEP systems throughout the design process, BIM coordination, submittal and construction of the project.

    Perform QAQC on MEP scopes to ensure compliance with client expectations and Contract Documents.

    Understanding of low voltage systems such as BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Security and TelecomOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications Prior experience as a Mission Critical Project Manager preferredBachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or Mechanical/Electrical/Civil EngineeringMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in Construction Project Management with emphasis on Mission Critical / Advanced Technology projectsUnderstanding of mission critical delivery methods and complex MEP SystemsStrong technical background and experience preferred.

    Superior communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence decisions of team members, partners and customers.
