Join a team of caring professional who provide comprehensive treatment and support services for adults, children and families affected by mental health disorders, intellectual developmental disabilities, and addictive disease.
Psychiatry director will lead, develop, and grow a Psychiatry Residency Program. Training includes a systems perspective, emphasizing individual development across the lifespan from within familial and cultural contexts. Fellows learn to work with disturbances in patients' interpersonal and treatment contexts that reflect and illuminate patients' intrapsychic struggles, fostering a more integrative approach while developing leadership and consultative skills.
Executive or administrative experience. Strong clinical and communication skills, team mentality and innovative approach to medical education and prior GME experience (preferred).
