Job Description Manufacturing / Production Manager (80-90K) We have an excellent opportunity available for a Manufacturing / Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area.

Your Role:
This is a hands on, out on the floor, management position. Oversee hourly employees to ensure production, quality, cost, and safety goals are met. Understand Cycle and Takt time to plan and schedule production activities. Track production metrics and communicate solutions to increase performance and reduce scrap. Implement standard work activities.
Experience / Education Profile:
Bachelors Degree preferred. AAS will be considered with 5-10 years of related experience. Demonstrated Supervisory or Management experience within manufacturing. Strong understanding of how to improve production metrics along with process flow and scheduling.
