- Execute and assess technical changes in a production environment
- Provide system administration support for Windows OS and Server
- Install new software releases and system upgrades.
- Evaluate and install security patches and resolves software related problems.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure system and data integrity.
- Maintain the configuration baselines for the system
- Compose step by step repeatable procedures
- Work with a worldwide team, coordinates systems that integrate with Security and Emergency operations centers
- An active Secret DoD Security Clearance
- DoD IAT Level II compliant certification
- A minimum of High School diploma with 8 years' of experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security environment OR BA/BS degree with 5 years' experience in related discipline
- Working knowledge of scanning and patching within VMWare ESXi hypervisor
- Working knowledge of operating systems security features and settings (e.g. Windows, Unix, and/or Linux)
- Working knowledge of servers, software, networking equipment and infrastructure
- Experience writing scripts to automate routine tasks
- Experience troubleshooting network and system security administration
- Ability to travel up to 10%
