    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors
    • Build strong relationships with customers through clienteling and personalized communication
    • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting them to experience our products
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and showcase our offerings to customers
    • Maintain the visual integrity of the store space
    • Create and process in-store sales transactions
    • Process and receive inventory replenishments
    • Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
    • Record and share recurring customer feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills with a passion for interacting with people
    • Strong written and oral communication abilities
    • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to tackle tasks of any size
    • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Eager to be at the forefront of a fast-paced and growing brand
    • Understanding and appreciation of experiential retail
    • Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite is a plus
    • Able to work a minimum of 2 days a week with weekend availability
    • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 150 lbs and stand for extended periods
