Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support one of our large federal clients.This candidate will travel to various sites across the United States performing routine technical maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, modification, equipment set up and testing of various naval electronics.
Below is a summary of daily activities:
Assist with repairs and/or modifications using a variety of hand tools and test equipmentAssist in demonstrating setup and adjustment of equipment for potential users or operators Work variable shifts and up to 12-hour shifts to perform necessary testingProvides technical skills in area of proficiency and demonstrates ability to troubleshoot technical issues at all types of military and commercial field assignmentsSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organizationExperience working on naval ships Willing to travel Active ClearanceExperience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing various systems such as combat system, radar, sonar, and communication.
