    Overview:
    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team.

    As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our guests.

    This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


    Duties:

    • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
    • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
    • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
    • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of banquet areas throughout the event
    • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries
    • Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next event
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate food service
    • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
    • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
    • Knowledge of restaurant or banquet operations is a plus
    • Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
