    Is the Supply Chain Development Program right for you?

    Our Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today's fast-paced Supply Chain environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of Supply Chain within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your Supply Chain skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various areas of procurement and logistics at both a corporate and plant level.

    This program is structured to last 36 months and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will rotate through three Supply Chain functions during your time in the program. At least one rotation will be within one of our manufacturing plants. These rotations will vary based on business needs and your career aspirations. Some of your potential responsibilities could be:

    • Run various reports on a scheduled basis and provide supporting analytics
    • Manage procurement master data in SAP and right angle to help drive process efficiencies
    • Build relationships with various cross-functional contacts
    • Support business process improvements and documentation
    • Develop an understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers
    • Collaborate with marketing and finance on monthly consensus volumes and translate those volumes to lower levels to finalize volume mix
    • Develop future demand plans that drive supply chain planning processes
    • Analyze existing shipping processes for improvements and provide support for various implementation plans
    • Provide leadership, and resolution, to the company and customers on Supply Chain issues

    Do you have what it takes?

    • You will complete your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related program of study no later than June 2024 (January start dates available for December grads)
    • You desire to be a leader and grow within the Supply Chain function
    • You are able to relocate during the program. Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs.
    • You can travel up to 20%
