    Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced System Administrator (VIPER Team), to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

    As a System Administrator (VIPER Team), perform tier one and two network support. End-to end support resolution for all HQ SOCOM VIP personnel. Systems Administrator monitors and controls one or more mid-range application servers. This position studies program operating instructions to ensure proper configuration and effective operations. Systems Administrator continuously observes the operation of assigned applications and storage devices to prevent hardware or software failure. This position manipulates systems in accordance with standard procedures to ensure operations when individual parts of a system malfunction. Systems Administrator confers with senior administrators, systems and applications engineers, and storage personnel to correct errors requiring a change of instructions or sequences of operations. Systems Administrator maintains operating records such as machine performance and production reports.

    Required qualifications:

    • 4+ years of related experience as a Systems Administrator or 8 years supporting complex end user desktop and mobile device support
    • Associate degree. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
    • DoDD M IAT II AND MCSA relevant to the candidate's work area examples are: CompTIA Server+ certification, CompTIA Security+ certification, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification, VMware Certified Associate (VCA); AWS Sys Ops Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; Nutanix Certified Professional OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager or previous SCCM certifications
    Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience with specific types of hardware and software systems used by the Government.
    • Experience with working VIP customers a plus
    • Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission
    • System Administrator provides various project management, technical, and administrative support for assets employed at approved global locations and support the development of policies and procedures.
