- Set high clinical operations and expectations and process improvements. You'll be focused on clinical process improvements and ensuring your team upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence.
- Build the foundation for gathering clinical data. You'll be responsible for defining processes for proper data gathering of clinical metrics and patient improvement.
- Partner with operations, technology, and product teams across our Client's organization. You are a physician or registered nurse with at least 3+ years of nursing/care experience and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, or have a compact license and are willing to relocate to the Philadelphia, PA area.
- Must have 1-2+ years of supervisory and management experience or health service administration experience in home health. Previous DoN experience in home health, greatly preferred.
- Experience with the Family Home Health Aide program, HIGHLY desired
- Pediatrics experience, HIGHLY Preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills. Bonus points if you also speak Spanish.
- You have managed a clinical team with direct reports for at least 1 year with a demonstrated ability to define structure for a team.
- You have built clinical protocols and implemented process improvements.
