    Job Title: Ground-Up Project Manager

    Location: Charlotte, NC (with travel to sites in the Mid-Atlantic region)

    Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

    Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and 401K

    Schedule: Full-time, direct hire

    Job Description:

    Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Ground-Up Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position that involves managing ground-up commercial construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial project management, particularly with ground-up projects, and preferably with a background in gas/fuel station construction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    3. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
    4. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
    5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
    6. Lead project meetings, resolve conflicts, and make decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
    7. Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects.
    8. Ensure timely completion of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management, specifically with ground-up construction projects.
    3. Experience in the construction of gas/fuel stations is highly preferred.
    4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
    5. Knowledge of construction project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
    6. Willingness to travel to project sites within the Mid-Atlantic region as needed. This is expected to be about 10 days a month.
    7. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to construction projects.
    Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
