S&D Supervisor with a $70K–$90K base salary plus performance bonuses to manage scheduling,
scheduling dispatching and customer coordination.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in dispatch or call center operations within the home service industry
- Strong working experience with ServiceTitan (dispatch & scheduling required)>
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Steady organized leadership style Ability to coach support and hold office staff accountable Ability to quickly evaluate schedules prioritize calls Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan Experience in residential service company ($3M–$10M range) Bilingual English/Spanish Prior experience training developing CSRs/dispatchers Familiarity Bay Area traffic patterns service zones < p > We 're committed to creating an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued respected .
