Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process in a specific geographic marketing area
- Maintains primary relationship contact for a portfolio of existing customers
- Identifies and facilitates cross-selling effort of all bank's services Ensure overall relationship is managed to highest profit potential for bank Identify businesses that do not maintain their primary banking relationship with 5/3 move them into 5/3 customer base Provide outstanding customer service Meet or exceed goals stated compensation plan document Monitor information concerning customer performance abilities industry determine loan acceptable risk Ensure proper reporting documentation review determination loan acceptable risk Participate community affairs promote image bank Supervise employees timely candid constructive feedback develop employees fullest potential provide challenging opportunities enhance employee career growth Recognize reward employees accomplishments Develop talent pool ensure adequate bench strength succession planning
