- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience required
- Bereavement and Grief training or similar training
- Resiliency Training strongly preferred
- Two (2) years of experience supporting individuals who have experience traumatic events, palliative care, social work, chaplain or other related experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in crisis support role with emergency front line or law enforcement/military preferred
- Certified by a recognized certifying body of Chaplains preferred
- Critical Incident Stress Management certification preferred
- Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist certification preferred
