    Your Role With Us:

    You will employ your high degree of interpersonal and communication skills to provide spiritual, emotional and/or pastoral support when needed following crisis events. This role is pivotal to building and maintaining resiliency of staff, physicians and team.

    Background/Expertise:

    • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience required
    • Bereavement and Grief training or similar training
    • Resiliency Training strongly preferred
    • Two (2) years of experience supporting individuals who have experience traumatic events, palliative care, social work, chaplain or other related experience
    • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
    • Experience in crisis support role with emergency front line or law enforcement/military preferred
    • Certified by a recognized certifying body of Chaplains preferred
    • Critical Incident Stress Management certification preferred
    • Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist certification preferred
