    Under the direction of department leadership, the Financial Analyst I - Financial Compliance is responsible performing analysis and preparing financial reports/dashboards for claims overpayments, refund reconciliation, claims payment information, provider billing trends, audit findings, etc.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience

    • One (1) year of relevant experience required
    • Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards/reports
    • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required
    • Experience with SQL a plus
    • Experience in Managed Care or related industry experience preferred

    Key Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the principles and practices of the health care industry and managed care systems a plus
    • Data analysis, problem-solving and reporting skills
    • Moderate knowledge in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Strong problem-solving capability
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines
    Work Model Location:

    The work location for this position is classified as hybrid. Onsite attendance in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every week. Telecommute days are Monday and Friday.
