About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Music Therapist to join our team at Treasure Coast Hospice. As a Music Therapist, you will provide music therapy services to patients, families, and staff in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement music therapy assessments with patients and families.
• Create individualized care plans using music-based interventions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of music therapy services.

You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. You must be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills. A customer service orientation is essential for this role as well as being proficient in playing soothing singing guitar piano or knowledge of other recreational instruments appropriate patient family cultures religions values etc...
