Goodwill Talentbridge has partnered with a premier client in Grayslake seeking a temp to hire customer service representative.Shift Details:
Monday - Friday - onsite
8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$23.00 an hour
What you will do:
Manage and prioritize large volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
Identify and assess customer needs
Process customer orders, quotes, credit memos or needed materials in a timely manner
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Manage customer accounts
Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on the tools given
Meet personal/customer service team goals and targets
Set-up new customer accounts and filing processes
Keep accurate details of transactions
Communicate and coordinate within internal departments
Handle and resolve customer issues
Follow up on customer interactions
Data entry and the ability to enter POs accurately
Customer account reconciliation
What you bring to the table:
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and Excel
Experienced customer service representative (2-3 years of prior experience)
Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented, accurate and deadline driven
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company
Flexibility, with the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve, with minimal daily direction from a manager
Strong written and verbal communication skills
