    Job Description

    Mingyian works with world-class celebrities and entertainment brands who are seeking to gain traction in the Chinese market. We work with renowned professionals across a wide variety of verticals including television, film, music, sports, video games, and digital content. We also provide streamlined solutions for building and engaging Chinese audiences by accessing our trusted network of investors, distributors and manufacturers in China. Most recently, Mingyian has expanded its solutions to include the creation and distribution of digital assets, such as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT's) to expand the ways its clients engage and interact with their fans throughout the world.

    Position Overview

    Mingyian is seeking a Creative Director that can combine his/her creativity with blockchain technology to craft new modes of expression that align with its clients' brand. The ideal candidate will partner with Mingyian's A-list celebrities, artists, creators and content owners who wish to launch unique NFTs that add value and that draws their fans from different corners of the world closer together.

    We are looking for a multifaceted creative professional that can also think technically. Ideally, the candidate thrives in new and unknown environments where being self-directed, determined, and resilient are a requirement and where their creativity carves new paths to follow. You will spearhead Mingyian's newest division, which we believe to have endless potential.

    Specific Role Information

    As the Creative Director you will be spearheading the new studio specializing in NFTs, cryptoart and digital artistic expression, content creation and distribution, across all of Mingyian's mediums and connected channels. You will be responsible for making and/or identifying artists that are capable of crafting world-class creative work, concepting, producing and launching NFT projects together with some of the world's leading artists, musicians, filmmakers, and digital platforms.

    You will also be responsible for creating content strategy for our clients, defining their unique brand voice in terms of tone, character, visual style, and collaborations while ensuring high quality and image consistency.

    As Mingyian's Creative Director, you will identify and collaborate with talent partners to conceptualize and create groundbreaking NFT projects and:

    Work across a number of creative projects simultaneously, maintaining standards and supporting the creative team so they can produce the best work possible

    Ideate with the rest of Mingyian's team, working through many concepts to build groundbreaking/creative work

    Act as both an individual contributor and a team manager to execute our creative strategy, working with internal departments and liaising directly with artists.

    Required Skills

    Experience in creative roles, including leading creative talent

    Passion for digital storytelling

    Experience creating digital campaigns

    Experience upholding and maintaining brand voice across multiple audiences

    Previous experience identifying and working with digital artists

    Are digital artists themselves

    Have worked brands in the past

    Have Cryptoart / NFT experience

    Experience identifying and crafting authentic ways to engage with the public

    Experience working in a start-up culture

    An understanding of the crypto culture

    An understanding of the Blockchain and Ethereum ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more
