    Job Summary

    The purpose of this position is to provide support to Graduate Medical Education when working with Legal, Provider Compensation, Provider Recruitment, and other internal or external groups on faculty contracts. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with many aspects of business and will assist in preparing legal documents, maintaining records, conducting research, and project management. Serves as the day to day administrator for contract management.

    Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Licensure or other certifications:
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree and/or Paralegal certificate/degree
  • Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in contract administration, contract management with bachelors degree in applicable field and/or paralegal certificate/degree, or in lieu of degree six (6) years administrative experience within NGHS.

  • Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials pertaining to GME transactions, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Ensure GME is informed about and adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist with compliance assessments and audits
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Maintains contract management procedures.
  • Manages all contract management projects and provides team will routine updates on key projects.
  • Attends relevant meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of implemented contracts and other legal documents to ensure FMV rates are updated as necessary.
  • Work with GME staff and leadership to request and process new faculty contract requests, program letter of agreements, and other agreements.
  • Work with GME staff and leadership to maintain timesheets, times studies and all GME related faculty payment issues.
