As an Production Manager, you will be assisting the AGM and General Manager to lead all operations for this wash location.

The Production Manager position is vital to operations, sales, and employee issues at the wash.

Production Managers work side by side with their staff to ensure that Prime is delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution.

Production Managers must take ownership of all facets of the wash and must be constantly leading and coaching their teams to successResponsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the car wash facilityOpening and Closing of wash locationCoaching and working with employees to better wash qualityEngage with clients and build meaningful relationshipsKnowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as neededCar wash equipment operations and ordering wash chemicals, supplies, and productsOperation of a complex POS system as well as other wash computer programsQualities:Supreme commitment and experience in customer service and teamworkTeam player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work doneSelf-motivation and goal-oriented individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skillsExhibit the utmost respect for yourself and your teamWilling and able to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions.
