    Description
    We are looking for an

    IT Manager , based in

    Broomfield, Colorado, US,

    to join one of our clients, the first space-based telecommunications company, based in Colorado, US

    Our client's mission is to develop, deploy, and operate one of the fundamental pieces of tomorrow's space communication infrastructure to provide data transport services on a planetary scale.

    Responsibilities
    Perform problem-solving and assistance on various software applications, networking, and hardware systems.
    Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies.
    Perform routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
    Maintain and update record-keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions/documentation.

    Assist with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; perform data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, and general reports and/or systems errors.

    Create, maintain, and update registration activities related to CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliance.

    Perform routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoot and resolve general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.

    Assists with the review, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.
    Assists with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.
    Assist with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.
    Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.
    Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    5+ years experience in a client support environment.
    4+ years of experience working with Windows.
    2+ years of experience working with CMMC.
    2+ years of experience working with Azure AD.
    Ability to manage M365 GCC environment.
    Industry standard certifications such as Network+, Security+, Certified CMMC, and Microsoft Certifications are a plus.

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HCI, Engineering, or related fields
