Job summary
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA)-FIT is a member of the hospital-wide internal float-pool that serves multiple unit/departments under the Loma Linda University Health-Murrieta (LLUMC-Murrieta).PCA-FIT employees do not have a home-base unit, but instead, functions out of a home department and are scheduled and assigned according to the needs of the organization.
The job requires flexibility and willing acceptance of changing assignments and job duties at the beginning and throughout the shift as requested.,
