    3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps)

    Troubleshooting to resolve Incidents, SR and Cases

    Administration experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications

    Experience in performing Upgrade testing and Skip Object resolutions.

    Experience in Code Migrations and update set management.

    Experience in Instance clone, troubleshooting during issues.

    Data Load and Data mapping Experience

    Integration methods and knowledge in troubleshooting during issues on Security and access area
