    We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Software Architect Lead Developer to lead our software development efforts and architectural decisions.

    You will guide the technical direction of our projects, designing scalable and efficient software solutions, and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products.

    As a hands-on leader, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze project requirements, and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

    Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
    Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
    Develop and maintain software design documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.

    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

    Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and the development of critical software components.
    Make informed technology decisions, including the selection of frameworks, tools, and technologies that align with project goals.
    Conduct system analysis, performance optimization, and architectural reviews to identify and resolve potential issues.
    Ensure software solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
    Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to define deployment strategies and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into architectural strategies.
    Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.

    skills you bring to the field
    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
    Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development frameworks.
    Deep expertise in software design patterns, architectural principles, and system integration.
    Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Experience with cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
    Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    Security-conscious mindset and understanding of secure software development practices.
    Strong knowledge of database systems, distributed computing, and scalability concepts.
    Previous experience in a leadership role with mentoring responsibilities is preferred.
