    Dear Physical Therapy Professionals,

    We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for the school year in Greenwood, SC. ProCare Therapy is partnering with a prominent school district to find a dedicated School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team.

    Position: School-Based Physical Therapist Location: Elmwood, IL Company: ProCare Therapy, collaborating with Elmwood School District Position Type: Full-Time

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students with physical therapy needs.
    • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment.
    • Provide direct therapy services and implement interventions to enhance students' motor skills, coordination, and mobility.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in various therapy techniques and interventions for children.
    • Previous experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
