MarqVision is bringing forth the next evolution of brand protection for businesses everywhere.MarqVision is looking for a seasoned, experienced sales executive to join our leadership team.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.
The Head of Sales will also work in close collaboration with the founding team and other executive leaders in marketing, product, and engineering to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.
Build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers to hit the company's revenue targets consistently and predictablyCoach and advise reps on their current deals to ensure they hit their individual quotas, providing hands-on mentorship and training at all stages of their pipelines
Optimize sales tactics by continuously reviewing and improving sales scripts, email templates, and demo agendas, etc., thereby perfecting every stage of the sales process
Design and execute high-level sales strategies, including upsell and cross-sell strategies and go-to-market strategies when expanding to new verticals or industries
7+ years experience in a sales leadership position (preferably at a SaaS company or in a similar industry) with consistent
~Experience building a sales team from scratch
~ In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, including sales rep motivation techniques
~ Strong analytical skills, equipped with mastery over multiple CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.)
~ Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
~ Naturally self-directed, comfortable operating at a high cadence, and enthusiastic about building and managing a team in a highly performance-driven manner
