    Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Title Clerk opening This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, 9a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $ /hr based on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate closing actions between lenders, agents, and buyers for real estate transactions
    • Explain costs and answer questions
    • Gather all required documents needed for sale and prepare for signing
    • Perform calculations such as tax prorations and cash needed to close for settlement
    • Ensure numbers are properly balanced

    Candidates must have past title experience and be extremely detail oriented. Experience using Soft Pro title software is a plus.
