We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, coupled with excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or irregularities to maintain financial transparency.
• Prepare comprehensive variance reports, annotating significant fluctuations and providing insights into underlying drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret variances and develop strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with operating plans to develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide support in evaluating budgetary performance and recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand the accounting implications of various business decisions or alternative approaches.
• Present findings and recommendations to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Communicate financial analysis and insights effectively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management, conveying complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Utilize popular financial management applications for modeling, forecasting, and analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Knowledge of US GAAP experience and Excel skills
• SQL knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Role requires hybrid schedule and must reside in South Florida
